There are two words that need to be on every leader’s priority list.
The first is people. Without them nothing gets built. You must always give them a great deal of respect. The second is change. One must continue to change with opportunities as, they present themselves. Change is being 76 years old and accepting e-mail as the “Way to do business”. We do not let grass grow under our feet, we embrace change on a daily basis. We find challenges and bring them to our people to solve, build, and deliver to the owner.
The only thing that will never change is our handshake. We do not compromise on our integrity. Our hand is our word, you will be satisfied.
